5. Refunds

Third-party enforcement actions do not by themselves qualify for a voluntary refund. Mandatory rights and express product commitments remain unaffected.

Support is available through the contact channels published on our website. Immediate responses are not guaranteed unless expressly included in your purchase.

Compatibility may change because of third-party updates or restrictions. Support coverage, updates, and access duration are those stated at purchase, together with any obligations imposed by applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property and Liability

Website content, branding, product materials, and related assets belong to MK Store or their respective owners.

To the extent permitted by law, MK Store excludes liability for indirect losses caused by misuse, failure to follow disclosed requirements, or violations of third-party rules.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms for future purchases. Updates do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing purchase.
